A Boise, Idaho native and 2021 Boise State University graduate, Grayson McCrosky has spent his career building brands, growing audiences, and shaping digital narratives across sports, corporate, and agency environments. With over six years of experience in social media strategy, graphic design, content creation, and digital marketing, Grayson has built a reputation for blending creativity with strategic execution across some of the most competitive spaces in sports and media.
Currently based in Memphis, Tennessee, Grayson serves as Director of Marketing and Communications at Cut Line Films / CARVD Studios, where he oversees organic and paid social media management, content strategy, graphic design, branding, and web design for both the company and its clients. Under his direction, the company's digital brand presence has grown over 60% across five platforms, with paid campaigns generating 100%+ increases in client sales.
Alongside his current role, Grayson founded and leads McCrosky Creative, a sports creative brand rooted in graphic design, social media, and compelling visual storytelling. He has grown McCrosky Creative to over 35,000 followers with 15M+ monthly reach, while designing creative content for collegiate, professional, and other sports brands across the country.
Prior to his current work, Grayson served as Director of Digital Communications at Oak Service Corporation in Memphis, where he grew the company's social media audience and engagement by 50%+ across six platforms, launched a company newsletter reaching 50,000+ subscribers, and contributed to a company-wide rebrand. During his time there, he also volunteered with the Fraternity Communications Association, furthering his commitment to community, leadership, and organizational impact.
A self-taught graphic designer and creative professional by trade, Grayson has had the privilege of producing and designing content for sports brands, media companies, and athletes at every level, focused authentic storytelling and establishing patterns for clong-term success.
